The master began by leading a meditation experience, followed by a Q&amp;A session. The discussion focused on the relevance of Buddhism in everyday life, including how to use Buddhist teachings to manage psychological states, address family and societal issues, and regulate negative emotions.\n\nAfter the exchange, the teachers and students felt joyful and pleased with their visit, showing great interest in the main hall and the Buddha statues.
