




On the afternoon of June 2nd, at 1:00 PM, Venerable Master Xian'ao led a class on chanting Buddha's name. The session began with a clapping exercise for chanting, a simple movement to help everyone relax and regulate their breathing. Following that, the Master guided the group in an outdoor walking meditation while chanting. With the sun shining brightly, participants walked slowly under the warm sunlight, following the Master's steps, maintaining mindfulness, focusing on the present moment, and silently chanting the Buddha's name. In this peaceful atmosphere, everyone felt a sense of inner peace and joy.
